FOR THOSE OF you who don’t know me, I’ll let you in on a little secret: I’m a contradiction. Not extreme in the crazy modern sense, just contrary to my own best interests on occasion. There’s a lot of God wrapped up in that, and not in a bad way. I’ve more or less forsworn the gobs of money route to get and stay grounded in Him for myself and those I love. It means I’ll sometimes go without if it keeps me small, though in truth I never lack for essentials. The one place I don’t like to cut corners, however, is with my creativity. I want things to be right (seamless probably better describes it). And sometimes that does become a money issue. Lately, with taking on this Podcast project, I’ve run up against the wall of limitations that you can hit when the recipe calls for a technological truffle and you’re all out. But workarounds are a part of life. So I worked around it.
I’m not exactly where I want to be with all this yet, but I’m happy to say and to share my latest epi — again, the first of a REDPIN Annex Series — that plays well with ‘The Ark.’
